an OS should be in the background.
not trying to control the way you use the PC.

Posted in: Cherished 'Start' button returning to Windows software See in context
the lack of a start button shows just how stupid microsoft inherently is.
and adding more layers of code so as to apple-ise the windows software just makes the OS run heavier on hardware.
i hate windows 8 more than vista because it's a repeated mistake of making the OS bigger, clunkier and just stupid.
windows 7 will be like win xp to me. use it until it rots.

As with physics if you want to go faster you have to break more things. I'm sure the Japanese are working on the maglev. but that 500kmh speed to achieve it consistently takes alot of technological improvements. The Japanese don't just want to have Maglev for a short trip to the city but looking to build it over their country's main cities.
but all this kind of subtle complex nuances are beyond people like JeffLee

it only takes a few cracks. sounds like a really big problem. no way to fully anti-radioactive suit up n repair those cracks? or like some mechanical robot float down to pump cement into it(although how will it dry...etc)

windows 7 was a hit because they finally(omg finally) listened to consumers.
windows 8 was like going back to being microsh*t clunky. extra dumb irritating menu. just adding more code for the sake of pleasing the boss. i will never. never. never use windows 8.
winXP has been the best. win7...the next. i hate anything that slows my computer down. and i can sense it. all those extra lines of code wasting cycles.
