In my country I don't think there are many if any publishers of manga.To buy even one volume of a ten yr old manga I have to pay as much as 27$ which is a very high price for me at least.Also latest manga of that genre are just not available.Only mainstream manga which have an anime adaptation are available at a reasonable price.
