Impeachment is political and not based on any evidence. But Trump (as a non-president) is in criminal jeopardy due to criminal evidence and the courts don't care about politics.

they would have secured the border already

Fact: The left deport more. Look at the numbers Trump vs the recent two Dems.

 But Hunter...

...is not running for President. Why cares about Hunter?

You don’t use the platform

I don't. But more importantly Trump doesn't. If Trump doesn't use it, then it must mean that X is no good.

Has zero to do with Alex Jones returning to X.

But Trump is not returning to X

lower the a company's ESG rating

But this was not a problem before Musk. Musk has no mouth filter and calls lots of people pedophiles like Vern Unsworth. Musk has hair plugs but Unsworth doesn't. Why are Trump people so obsessed with pedophiles? Why did Musk call Unsworth a pedophile?

That’s his platform, if Modi doesn’t like it, you have threads, TikTok

Well Trump doesn't like it and Trump is not back at X even though Musk allowed Trump back in.

Enough of them out there.

Exactly. Trump made TrumpBook all for himself since he's not returning to Musk's X. If your name is Mike then you can make MikeBook for example all for yourself. Why is everyone complaining? Now the big question has to do with advertisers. Will they return? Also Andrew Tate promised millions and millions to help X.

Also remember that Musk never wanted to buy Twitter. The courts forced him to.

So defendant will be able to connect online from their summer house in Lebanon?

Carlos might have gotten a suspended sentence anyway or minimal prison time (would have been a free man a long time ago). Now he's a wanted man forever. Don't forget that Japan's sentence guidelines are some of the easiest in the world in terms of durations. You murder someone in this country - or sell drugs- you won't get that much time compared to the USA. Yevgeniy Vasilievich Bayraktar for example only got 8 years for what he did (what if it was Texas?) Madoff would have gotten not more than 10~15 years for example.

Elon bought Twitter because he values free speech

That's just opinion.

But the (legal) fact is he was forced to buy Twitter by the courts. You cannot argue against a fact. The courts ordered Elon to buy Twitter for 44 big ones.

Remember.....

(1) Musk never wanted to buy Twitter in the first place and was forced to by the courts

(2) Musk bought Twitter so Trump could return..... but Trump never did

(3) Twitter is the size of a mouse compared to Meta, YouTube, and Ticktock

The real Why? is why doesn't Trump return to X under Elon's leadership?

5 ( +6 / -1 )

Yes, he does.

Who cares? It's a private business. It's not the government. Non Trump people don't complain about Trump's TrumpBook social media platform? Don't like it, you are free to use the available tools to make your own social media site like Trump did. And how come Trump does not return to X/Twitter? That is really weird.

Yeah, now on X...

(and)

both sides than previous ownership...

...which used to be Twitter (that Musk was forced to buy by the courts) Musk has lost billions (tens of). Remember, Musk never actually wanted to buy Twitter. The courts forced him to.

Andrew Tate has offered Elon Musk $1 million a month to advertise X, formerly known as Twitter.

(news source)

How is that working out? Musk got into this situation since he was starving for attention from Trump people. It's strange that Trump people hate electric cars but they like Musk. Why is that? It's really weird. But Trump people hate Bill Gates but regularly use Microsoft. That is really weird inconsistent behavior. Why do Trump people do that?

Dems pardon criminals all the time, look at blue states and how many criminals we let go by radical progressive DAs.

You can't do that in Trump's GA case. Pardons don't work in states. The GA governor (a MAGA man) is doing nothing for Trump

Like when undercover cops pretend to be drug dealers. The undercover cop did nothing illegal just like the feds did nothing illegal. Also if what the feds did was so bad (again just doing their job) why didn't Stewart Rhode's attorney bring this up in Rhode's trial?

So? This happens all the time like when feds pretend to be evil agents recruiting terrorists like this story:

there are still lots of feeble-minded folk who actually believe this boy.

Grand juries don't. They don't care when Alina says Trump is the best president since Lincoln in front of TV cameras (she really said this on TV). Grand juries base their decisions on legal fact.

He said it himself years ago....

Remember that Trump is facing 91 counts in multiple multiple jurisdictions. He will have to be president behind bars. He could get house arrest, but the problem is he will violate it and end up behind bars where he can conduct his presidential activities with secret service protecting him. Trump people are like Jim Jones followers and would die for him. They don't even want another Republican. It's Trump and only Trump. It's always been about Trump. It's about Trump now and it will always be about Trump.

Posted in: 5 arrested for shinkansen ticket fraud; damage may total ¥300 mil See in context

So who foots the bill when a thief uses your credit card or its number to illegally buy stuff? The short answer is it’s typically the merchant where you bought something or the bank that issued the credit card. It depends on the circumstances.

https://www.nerdwallet.com/article/credit-cards/merchants-victims-credit-card-fraud

If someone has other info feel free to let us know

JR didn't do anything wrong so I don't think they would

Reimbursements don't grow on trees. The card holders were charged back so they didn't lose. It's either JR or the banks or both.

purchase shinkansen train tickets online

(from article)

Question! Can JR invalidate these tickets so anyone who has them cannot use and just told "tough luck, you have stolen goods"? I hope so and that would mean the loss would be much lower unless they had already been used before the discovery of the CC number thefts. So when someone tries to go though ticket gate it gets rejected, they go to station master and call told the bad news and/or call the cops if the user is suspect, etc.
