Posted in: Anti-base ad See in context

It should read

Do you want 30 U.S militray bases in your back yard,,, or A million chinese soldiers making you work in thier back yard?..

The chinese would love some payback for the rape of nanking and the slaughter of thier many million victims of Japanese aggression.

Posted in: Japan balks at $2 billion bill to host U.S. troops See in context

Japan should stop crying.. bunch of ingrates should be happy for the U.S protection against thier neighbors who a just itching to get thier chance at payback..The problem is that the majority of japanese dont know thier own history and believe that they were the victims. I think the U.S should leave and let them find out first hand. Additionally if they never bombed pearl the U.S wouldn`t be here now. Duh!

Just make all the U.S military leave Japan and see what happens. The Japanese would be speaking Chinese or Korean within a year. Which was there first the base or the city? If they didnt want to live so close to the base then hy did they move there?

Posted in: S Korea-Japan territorial dispute flares up again See in context

Neojamal-"Then one must commend Japan for having the most culturally influential invasion and occupation of an alien state in history. This brutal invasion if you would is preserved in Seoul's historical architecture including Seoul station and Seoul University, South Korea's legal system, business practices, media and more that today's Koreans enjoy for granted because of the brutal Japanese occupation"

I dont know, I cant imagine the words Japan and Occupation bringing any positive images in my head. The Japanese murdered thousands of Koreans during the 1923 kanto earth quake. And that was in Japan, It is just hard to believe that the occupation was anything unlike itt other misery filled and murderous occupations.

I can understand the position of the S. Koreans. It is like a bully(Japan who used to beat you up(Korea), and then remind you every once in awile about it.
