I already can ear my neighbour's dog scretching his ears at a fast pace, i m sure its one of his dogs. When tgey first moved in i heard his wife screaming while doing sex. How better neighbours one would wish for? Hopefully they will move away like the 3 previous couples before them, low eraners trying to fit in good neighborood...

I live within my means, if i have lors of money i like to buy nice things but if not o just focus my attention in earning more, i have learn some lessons already, once i bought a bmw and it kept me spending in maintenance, now i own a mini and its just very easy to own. Same with clothes and watches, a seiko is better than a tag heuer sometimes, the kooples clothes are fine but so do are zara or h & m. Fast food versus gormet food align.

Of course its murder, its a crime of who did it, its incredible the comments i get to read here, unbealivable. As if the baby goes from live to death and throw to the....without any other way possible. Call it mental health problem to a horrible crime to soften things, that is lack of education of morals, point the system and dearh penalty the criminals.

Posted in: 'Help wanted': Businesses struggle to fill jobs See in context

Probably the unemployed people balance the benefits of social security against the salary and other factors and they leave its just a mistake to pay more and give more benefits to employees, i think a business model without needing them is what is been a result of that.

In criminology this is called the dilema of ( someone help me reminding thr name) where if the complices stay silence no one goes to prision, but if only one says the other is the guilty than they both go to prision, so its a matter of mindgames, or finding the money.

Takeru can't draw a line between wrong and right, after the wrong doing of meeting the youngster that man would have done better to just forget the money and the car and just make an introspective of his conduct for a lesson from there on.

Non sense comments above, no one can kill a elderly neither leave him it"s a crime to negligence or/ and abandon. With her advanced age couldn't he wait 1 or 2 weeks for her to die naturaly? What about killing himself with pills? Was he saving mind set to take only a few and expect to die? Stupidity became so normal and it is so offensive.

That is a good news, the average joe is likely to buy one of Nissan's EV to daily commute to the office and the supermarket without spending a lot of money in fuel. Also that law is a friendly way for Joe Biden to adress strenght the ties between the 2 countrys.

The suspects can be his construction company workers, why doesn't he live in a private gated condominium with security staff? Those bosses usually are very injust because they delay payments and always underpay or ask for extras not in line, the poor workers maybe even could't steal material and tools from the site, maybe he knows them and hire them to do the same to the corrupts that shade him all the time too.

With so much time alone in his cell he did what he felt was the best for him and for all, he left a track of very suspicious doings, forging documents while an insurance salesman was one, that crime, very often history in Hollywood noir movies ( Double Indemnity) ends up the same way with a relief from guity.

Mom and da shop or a 20 employee business is a bad place to be in the economy because its chances are of only residual profits due to the big companies competion, i say power. Probably next subject will be rhe universal income and socialism models, i myself saw 2 generations family company being dry by the new times and found only a advantage in services, not products. Thanks. Have a good day.

Its choose of words, perpetual funding, is likely very disrespectull of Newman's daughters and its sounds he would want them to have an active role in the foundation with his name and money, as also to support his daughters, not to create some managers power over his foundation and his daughters. He may have not made that clear by text or some gramar is being interpreted the other way.
