@ Chineseguy1- Your comment should be deleted on the grounds of ignorance, especially with Chian's one child policy!! You don't even want to open that can of worms. In desperate situations, sometimes a person's actions can be baffeling. My thoughts go out to the newborn, the young mother, and her family.
