Once more ! Luckily this time the child could be rescued before a fatal issue.
It's more than time for Japan to understand that indulging into widespread parental alienation (most mothers prevent the father from seeing the children after divorce, and there is no legal way to prevent this) does not have a single merit. In many of these cases, if the child's father had been allowed access to the child he would have been able to raise alert earlier.
It seems this country is not really to fight for children's most fundamental right (keep access to both parents), or recognize the psychological damage to the kids victims of parental alienation, but I was hoping that the risk of physical abuse, sometimes causing death, would have the authorities wake up ... wishful thinking :(

Strong and lucky baby : surviving such a situation for 24 hours after birth is close to a miracle. Wishing him a nice life, despite having to forget or forgive that woman who doesn't deserve to be called "mother".

This is a huge joke. The Tokyo 2020 candidate file states clearly the climatic conditions, not exactly fitted to sports activities. For example (Table 2.1 Page 59), even at 21:00 :
Temperature - Average 25.9C, Maximum 28.1C
Humidity - Average 72.5%, Maximum 84.4%
The IOC has become so incompetent and uncaring of the athletes' health that they even forgot the wisdom they had back in 1964, when they had moved the date of the games to the 2nd half of October. And that was 53 years ago, before global warming and when Tokyo was not yet a huge heat island warmed up by millions of air conditioners !
We all know what the real reason is, of course. Shame on today's IOC for betraying their very mission, and smear Pierre de Coubertin's ideals.

After 70 years, isn't it time to seek peace, cooperation and harmony ?
The 2nd World War issue between Korea - Japan - China may well inflate and trigger WW3.
Why can't these "leaders" look at how Europe decided to end a string of wars, and just a few years after the end of this horrendous war, started to build European Union, WITH GERMANY, not against.

Whether it's a legal obligation or not to have babies in a baby seat with the belt on is not really the point. How can parents be so totally unconscious of the danger to their precious baby ?!?
I won't even start the engine as long as my son is not securely fastened in his child seat. This is a no-brainer, same as "No helmet ? No bicycle !"
As @Disillusioned wrote, some people do not deserve having kids.
RIP, poor baby.

@Myhumbletake
This is why many prefer to put their old parents in care centers.
How could an unemployed 58 yo afford such huge costs ?
