Contrary to the writer's conclusion (a tired, outdated reiteration of "free market" orthodoxy), "those who care about promoting sustainable development" are actually the countries who have the sense to stand up against the WTO (which has only ever been about promoting the interests of multinational corporate vultures intent on exploiting/ subjugating developing countries).
