Freedom of speech doesn’t include hate speech, bullying and telling people to die.

So what exactly is hate speech? Please tell us.

Posted in: France suspends 3,000 unvaccinated health workers See in context

Why do people assume that anyone who questions the necessity, safety or efficacy of vaccines also believes that the world is flat?

Because they want to believe that the other is stupid.

Keep to the vaccine discussion.

I think people should get the jab, but I fully support their decision not to.

C’est la vie

The good thing about the later waves is that they make the earlier waves – do you know the ones we were also worried about- seen insignificantly small.

Sounds like he was handcuffed and held down because he was being violent. Not sure what the problem is here.

Japan's main opposition party vows to realize separate surname option

I agree with Takaichi on that one, I am disgusted with CDPJ for allowing CP.

Have never heard of anyone in power in Japan "allowing" CP. That's nonsense.

Agree with Henry - timing was bad. She didn't join other original cast members to voice her character in the new What If series (awesome by the way) but that's really no surprise with the bad blood between her and Disney.

Hilarious, but Epic is backed by Tencent and Tencent is heavily hit recently so I guess this result makes sense

If Tencent gets hurt, I support the decision.

Posted in: You can buy yourself a mini log cabin for telework at Tokyo’s Shibuya Loft See in context

If you can claim it's for teleworking, that ¥500,000 would be a handy addition to the expenses you claim on your tax return next year.

Or claim it anyway if you are self-employed.

Posted in: Art, terror and erections show VR potential at Venice See in context

VR entertainment will open the door for virtual activities that would otherwise be illegal in the real world. Some, like shooting/killing people, are already here. I'm looking forward to some of the more, "newer" or "fresher" VR tech that will be merge with deep fakes and physical, or touchable (and washable) technologies.

It truly will be incredible -- and disconcerting (for some)!

Personally I feel its all just a little too contrived to gain sympathy. If it didn't come as a set with the "real" Olympics, no country would want to hold it in its present extended form. Just being honest!

Sadly, you are 100% correct.

Must have been a very very long stairwell to take 51 seconds to walk up.

Its more likely he was following her for awhile prior to the stairs. Getting shots of girls is easy. Up skirt shorts not so easy.
