Soap Dispensers are pretty dry to be kept, lots and land of manhours to keep clean, checked if need to refill, and some people will walk out with a cup full of handsoap and a bogroll.

Big problem in parts of China.

Back home they have vending machines for soap in public toilets.

Akie.

Modern day China or the China of 2000yrs ago? Very different countries as modern day China is very young andcame after Mao.

Mono is a decent guy.

Bungle.

A 1/4 of the world is Muslim (soon to reach a 1/3) so you would need to hit all countries on this ball of dirt.

You ready for that?

LGTB, whatever wouldn't be an issue if everyone was treated as a Person/Human, male or female and more should not matter.

There is also only one human race, but people like to separate themselves from others and thus conflcts, discrimination, etc are rife.

Sad but true.

So what? Each prefecture can raise the age as they see fit above 13.

Take your beef up with the prefectures that don't raise it.

Personally don't see a problem, my own country is 14 for sex between minors, 18+ and minor is an offense.

Reading posts here many admitted to sex before 18, pretty common IME.

AOC refers to the age that 2 minors can have sex (accidently wrote AOG).

This does NOT mean that a minor can have legally sex with an Adult.

Seen many stories where teens had a relationship but the one to gain majority got jailed.

Stuff I can't wrap my head around.

BTW, AOG n Japan is 13 but prefectures can set it above and most set it to 16-18.

Back home AOG is 14(all types of sex), quirk of the law 2 13yr olds can legally share a bed but no touching. Huh?

I am sticking with Amazon and Kindle store(could be improved).

Can log into local or overseas stores using English app.

Found a big difference between the English and Japanese user interfaces (English has more search, etc options).

Got a shock, Friday early hours I ordered 30kg of Genmai delivered Saturday afternoon(site said 3-4 days till shipment, no fee).

Buy from overseas slow, boxes dented/damaged etc local orders are pristine.

Posted in: Social media users boast of plans to grope schoolgirls on day of Japan’s most important test See in context

I knew school uniforms from programs that featured Britain, next was after I started working in South Africa and Japan.

Can see the pros and cons for either.

Back home me we could wear anything but shoe-wear was regulated(no sneakers, etc).

Girl in the foto wears one way too short, most local schools it has to be either below or just above the knee. Seen many girls enter toilet and come out with loose socks, skirt wound up into a mini and wearing makeup.

Personal opinion public schools you should be able to wear anything unless too revealing/indecent(hot pants, etc).

Private schools can set their own rules.

For classical I prefer Vanessa Mae or 'Hooked on Classics'.

My local import shop changed from Hanamasa, still good but can no longer get lamb cheap.

Still a bargain for much but alas ....

But got the mint sauce ready as was taught to me by my SA family, might not be authentic though.

Depends on who supplies you.

Meatguy is great as they also do stuff from back home which is not available from other sources.

Local meat pie supplier is meh based on the pies I know and can get from Meatguy

Doubt that any changes, etc will make a difference based on any future agreement.

I do like black pudding but just not the same as we get back home, Meatguy is now selling one of 3 types I grew up with.

Btw, not British but learned to love the food.

I wish my country would have stuck with Saab, but they had to go and buy the Eurofighter/Typhoon. grrrrr.

Being phased out now and we are getting new fighters, one prob was the IFF which costs USD500 per flight to be activated by locally stationed US personnel before takeoff.

Lots of probs and headaches with the Eurofighter, doubt we will buy anything US made though. Saab fighters can takeoff and land on normal roads, no tarmac needed.

Even Norway, Switzerland need to pay to access the EU Market.

Poland, etc already stated as much as they direct benefit. UK needs to look at those examples and work out a similar deal.

That is if they decide to leave after all, EU will work with either option just no free handout to the UK.

Just an old Aircon here, been considering bubble-wrap for Windows but they are frosted so would mean even less light incoming.

Happy with 18C worked in those temps most of my career and I don't use aircon during summer.

Does Japan have any carriers that can handle STO/VL(Short TakeOff/VerticalLanding) like the Harrier Jets?

The F-35 can do a Vertical Takeoff but it comes at a cost, either reduced payload or operational distance halved(full payload).

Current Heli-carriers would mean Vertical Takeoff unless they fit a short ramp.

Still on 2nd Coffee.

1/4 should be 40%.

Even 20yrs ago fellow co-workers were complaining that new employees had poor phone manners and little knowledge of Keigo, so 1st was training in those.

On average older man have more money and treat a women better, again nothing new.

Speed.

Agree often do I see couples, either both faces buried in their keitai or one on keitai the other listening to music. Zero conversation and looking at each other, if they might be sexting each other?

Saw a report on TV call-line that employs pensioners(1/3rd of staff) sales have risen by a. 1/4, reason telephone manners and knowing how to communicate.
