I think its good that a policeman cares enough that he would use his retirement years to try and show young people a better way of life so they can avoid making a tragic mistake. Sometimes young people fail to see the tragedy behind the "thrill" of getting away with shoplifting, the "advantage" of swindling a company, the "fun" of molesting girls on the train or beating up a homeless man, etc. Sometimes the sight of youth is very narrow so they cant fully comprehend the consequences of their actions and how their actions will effect so many others than just themselves. I think the policeman is doing a good thing. I remember when I was a kid, inmates who did drug related crimes would speak to our school every year. I can still remember some of their speaches better than my history and social studies lectures. As for equality, well Western & communist countries have preached it for decades but perhaps the biggest perverts of all are in these countries. The answer is getting to the heart as it sounds like this police is trying to do.

People are losing their houses, jobs, health care, higher educational hope for their children, etc. at humongous rates in America and one of the first things Obama does is stick Americans with a bill to fund other countries abortions and family planning some of which is questionable like "is coersion involved?". Also with 50% of Americans morally opposed to abortion it is not right to force them to pay for something they feel is morally wrong. Another thing he did was spend $150,000,000 tax dollars that had to be borrowed since it exceeded inauguration party funds. That money could have saved a lot of houses, or helped a lot of people who are out of jobs, fed a lot of hungry people, paid uninsured medical bills, sent a lot of kids to college, etc. I just wonder where his real priorities are after seeing how he`s spending money from day one.

I had no idea that Japan had plain clothed police officers. Unless they are specifically trying to crack a case, Ive always felt plain clothed officers and police in regular cars was wrong because this confuses people and can put women in jeopardy if some guy gets a fake badge or siren in his car and tries to take advantage of her. I also know a beautiful young woman who was driving home like 3AM and a plain police car followed her (this was in another country). She was driving the speed limit but he pulled her over and asked her to get out of the car. She just sensed that he was up to something no good and could mask himself behind his regular car so she pulled out her mobile phone and said she was calling her dad in the area (it was a lie). He then let her go. She then knew he was really a bad guy. I think disguising police is wrong and deceptive. We cant impersonate as police so why should they impersonate as regular people unless there is a very specific case they are working on? Nonetheless, I`m glad this boy was caught. He sounds VERY dangerous.

Although I see this as clearly wrong, I can`t help but see a little humor and sympathy for the father. I also think it is really sweet that the dad would go to such lengths to have his son to work with him. It was just over the counter medication so his "crime" is rather harmless. Hopefully the dad can just get some stern disciplinary measure from the company but keep his job and the son can take the test himself.
