There is a women that I want to be like.This women is working in the world while she has a children.I think that it is very difficult to work while raising children.This is because we need to care not only about ourselves but also about our homes and our children.Even though I have a family like this women,I would like to continue to work.However,I am not confident that this is manageable.Therefore,I think that it would be good to increase the number of companies that support such women's need.If so,I think that women will be able to work more.There is something that resonated in my mind. If you want a career,you must be practical about the situation you are in.If your company is not supportive of this, you must not to be afraid to change companies, change the team and challenge the present situation.Like this woman,I want to challenge various things without fear.
