The open air Tama zoo seemed pretty humane. Otherwise, the usual zoo, and those horrid pet shops are immoral.

What is the determining factor that signals that "we have achieved the people's 'understanding'"? If not a referendum, what? Show of hands? Online surveys? Some TEPCO appli for the smartphones?

Hopefully, Yodobashi will carry this. Looks good on this cold winter Christmas Eve. :-)
