Hope her young son grows up remembering to wash his hands, otherwise, he might not be so lucky....

I'm assuming that the faulty airbags, which have led to a number of deaths, were only made in Mexico and only fitted to cars on the American continents, but the article isn't crystal clear on that.
Anyone know more ?

1,001,000 - 1,269,000 = - 268,000. Easy calculation, but what about immigration/emigration....however small ?

Can't see the point of crossings here. Rarely do people stop at them. What are they taught at driving school ??

See parking like this on paths all the time. Not defending, but if cars were allowed to park on the roadside, it wouldn't be an issue..... Damned if you do, damned if you don't.... Have to chuckle at how driving on the path is acceptable here.

I was outraged by a politician's action some time last year, but when I went to her FB page, all I could do was 'like' her. I was not able to leave a comment there or anywhere else relevant to her that people would see. Need a 'disapproval' button...

Sounds good, but I'm only hearing one side of the story.
I have no idea how many children are taken to the US from other countries illegally ?
To balance things out, will the US authorities co-operate fully in those cases ?
