Machiavellianism at work!

Ukraine started it by bombing the Kersh Bridge, a civilian infrastructure they had been warned NOT to target.

The US most certainly blew up the Nord Stram Pipes!

Were those two legitimate military targets?!

How could Russia launch ANY missiles anyway???

We've been told ad nauseam by the Us and the British (Un) intelligence Service(s) that Russia ran out of missiles in March, 2022!

Let's try honesty for once.

"You're a refuge the I stand that you leave the country at war. BY DEFINITION."

I am gonna give you one last, LAST shot!!!!

"The definition of a refugee according to The 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees is:

“A person who owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such events, is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it.”

If you meet the Convention definition (plus criteria) and a particular Government recognises your APPLICATION then, ONLY THEN, you'll become a REFUGEE!"!!!!!!

Please, STOP trying to teach me Law.

You're not qualified, you CAN'T.

Adieu.

"The definition of a refugee is someone who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war and persecution."

OK!

For the last time:

You read parts instead of the whole and think you KNOW.

The Convention must be applicable under UK (or any other country's) Law. Whatever the Convention says it must be incorporated into UK law. Their definition is their definition. And you painstakingly read a de minimis part of it!

This is something you DON'T KNOW.

"In the UK, a person becomes a refugee when government agrees that an individual who has applied for asylum meets the definition in the Refugee Convention they will ‘recognise’ that person as a refugee and issue them with refugee status documentation. Usually refugees in the UK are given five years’ leave to remain as a refugee. They must then must apply for further leave, although their status as a refugee is not limited to five years."

AND

"Person seeking asylum

A person who has left their country of origin and formally applied for asylum in another country but whose application has not yet been concluded."

Note: The second paragraph is wokness at play.

I was going to send Legislation but don't want to waste my time.

"I also have a big diploma and PHD. Do you want to measure which one has it bigger?"

A diploma in Astrophysics of Quantum Computing is irrelevant.

"You made it clear that a migrant only can become refugee when loses the war."

Man, your understanding is simply appalling!

"And, the wildest of all, you are no refugee until a country accepts your application."

Bingo!

The only "right" thing you've managed so far.

A refugee is one whose asylum application has been successfully processed.

UNHCR

(I'll understand if you don't understand much of what's there anyway)

Not your fault.

"And, the wildest of all"

Not wildest at all; have you been paying attention?

"You got your facts wrong.

Much of this immigration happened from 1868 ~ 1912

During the, so called, Second Sino-Japanese War. Looking into it, I found out Japan has more refugees history than any other country in the world.

No, "mate".

You're wrong, know it very well, yet pretend otherwise!

I happen to know quite a bit of history too.

"Much of this immigration happened from 1868 ~ 1912

There were NO waves of Japanese asylum seekers after the first Sino-Japanese War or in the aftermath of the Russo-Japanese conflict."

Your ridiculous proposition would have us believe that the citizens of a victorious Nation would become refugees straight after winning two Wars on the trot!!!

I have read "submissions" that the Japanese back then were "economic migrants".

There were NOT.

"During the, so called, Second Sino-Japanese War. Looking into it, I found out Japan has more refugees "

During the second Sino-Japanese war, Japan was beating on the Chinese like there's no tomorrow. Thus there was no need for Japanese to become "refugees"!

Eventually Japan lost the war (not to China), and many left the country.

They were called IMMIGRANTS.

N.B.

You would have to kiss goodbye to 250 quid plus VAT for this little piece of free advice:

A refugee is a successful asylum seeker. You must apply for it.

Definitions already exist and have a clear purpose.

Pointless trying to reinvent the wheel.

Give up man. You simply don't know much about the subject under consideration.

With all due respect.

"Look up in the dictionary, a refuge is a immigrant escaping from a warlike conflict."

You don't know the definition of either; study Law; you need it badly.

I graduated with an LLB.

"Look up in the history books. Japan was heavily involved in a war called World War 2."

Follow your own advice; check the history books.

Properly this time!

WW2 ended in 1945!!!!

Japanese immigrants arrived in the US in the later part of 1800's

They arrived in Brazil circa 1908. Again, as immigrant's.

All those who left Japan after WW2 were IMMIGRANTS!!!

To sum up:

Don't debate Legal definitions as you're not fit to do so.

Study more history, as you're lost here too.

No!

They were IMMIGRANTS.

There's a huge DIFFERENCE between immigrants and asylum seekers.

Distinct Legal terminology.
