The opposite, in fact: 31% of Australians are immigrants. Last year, we had over half a million: a 2% increase in a population of 27 million. That's about twice the running average, not considered sustainable, and why the government is trying to control it.

Sounds like nonsense. None of the stuff reported can be called weapons grade. Thorium isn’t even fissile. Traces of plutonium occur naturally in uranium - you need much more than traces. Yellowcake is uranium oxide derived from ore, not enriched at all.
