I don't ride after dark anymore after I got cut off and almost killed last year. I had lights and the guy had to have seen me as he passed me, but the bicycle helmet saved my life. When I came to he was gone but he did call the police for insurance purposes as there was a me sized dent on his van. RIP

Maybe that kid was bullying his kid. No need for a knife though, a good old fashioned blackjack and knowledge of normal routes would be sufficient. A knife at a school in the am is just crazy

As a cyclist I see people crossing while playing on their phone. They hear the signal but don't even look up, much less both ways before they just step into the street. Do they not teach look both ways before crossing a street here ever?
