You're kidding,right?

Phillipine, Thailand, and other SE Asian countries are so far ahead in this sphere, that they provide highly qualified and experienced carers to most nations, including the U.K,where they provided palliative care to my parents, for minimum wages.

I recall when the answer to Japan's rapidly aging society was to ship them off to Brazilian resorts.

Out of sight,out of mind.

Disgraceful.

Again, why the pressure on people to have children, when they obviously have no desire to do so?

Her performance art with Beck's grandfather, awesome.

Dropping grand pianos off high buildings etc,the Flux Movement.

Her leech-like behaviour with Lennon, and awful primal screaming with Chuck Berry amongst others, not so awesome.

Posted in: On Valentine's Day, LGBTQ+ activists in Japan call for right for same-sex couples to marry See in context

Since this government knows the cost of everything, but the value of nothing, why not appeal to them in that way?

LGBTQ+ are most often high-earning professionals with huge economic clout.

They will emigrate for better opportunities and freedom abroad otherwise.

This is awful.

Why do people have children,if they don't want them?

This is what this society has to ask itself.

@Aly Rustom

You can have snake up in mountains of Gunman.

Crocodile meat available in a fair few izakayas in the cities.

Basically like chicken, but with more bones to deal with.

Here in the Ryukyus, the boar are smaller, but sweeter.

Feral goats are good in stew, and their blood as soup.

Wish we were allowed to catch the pheasants, though.

Sea kraits are caught ,too, but I feel sorry for them.

Yeah,we had it,and you don't live here anymore.

Nostalgia was treated as a disease until as recently as the 20th century,as most words ending in 'gia,' still are,for example 'neuralgia'.

Sausages are renowned (outside Germany)to be more than the sym of their myriad mysterious parts.

We called them'Walls' in the U.K, mainly because those were the only objects we were sure weren't in them.
