I live in, yes, the big S, Saitama, and have yet to ever witness anything bad and that is after having lived here for over 8 years and I don't live in the countryside. If you read the news enough it's gonna lead you to think the whole world is evil when it actually makes up much less that 1% of the population.

For all those who keep scratching their heads as to why they think this is ONLY HAPPENING IN SAITAMA!!!! It happens EVERYWHERE IN JAPAN, but reporters are messing with your minds!!!! They prey on adults who have the mind of a child and think that just because they only print stories from Saitama, it only HAPPENS in saitama, and therefore is incredible news. Grow up people.

agree with amrosia, also, i think girls who are underdressed and confident are much sexier than those who need to dress super slutty-looking in order to be noticed b/c of their low/fragile self-esteem. love having Caveman Lawyer in here to put all the whiners int their proper place. Cops in ANY country have very little to act on with stalkers. They usually have to catch the perp in the act. In Canada I once had guys trying to break into my house while I was in it. I got in my car and chased them and got their plate number. I gave it to the cops but they couldn't do ANYTHING. They said they had to catch them in the act, same goes with stalkers in most cases.
