They have to learn both .. Japanese grammar and English grammar .. Use both in a sentence . Don't hire teachers that do not understand both languages cuz how can you teach a Japanese when you can't explain yourself in Japanese . How can you explain the usage of adjective , verb , noun , preposition if you don't speak their language . and understand their grammar,??? ll... not effective .. Not implement that well . Teachers just let students learn it from Remedial school. It's ok .. So that Nove , Minerva . school will survive .. Business as usual .. selling books . etc .

Do not force these other culture to Japanese men . They have a different way to treat a woman , they shower you with food , things that yOu need , helps your extended family financially lots of times . You just have to be timid for you to be accepted. Which Society is better or Best , nobody can tell , cuz every company has its own skeleton in the closet . What matters is that if you feel like being treated badly based on what you believe in , fight or quit & find a company that you can be accepted. Union is taboo in Japan.. Know ur target market when you do advertising （＾＿＾）☆. It can be understood by Japanese market what you are trying to imply but taboo in other culture .. You have to hire local advertising company for your advertising campaign to be successful.

at least they have a 6o% salary on the months that the company takes a break. Japanese companies still takes care of his employees, some companies doesnt think about the welfare of it s people.Japanese compsnies still are uncomparable when it comes to taking care of its people. I hope other companies will follow suit to share their savings and wealth to the people who gave them those luxuries...their employees!!they always think about themselves ,their private jets !!!
