God awful policies aside, although I did admire her desire to spend on digitalization, this woman is NOT nice. I have seen her on TV post Abe assasiantion and she presents pretentiously and holier than thou. Her policies are largely hawkish and medieval… just like her groomer, Abe, taught her to have. She’s not going to help this country.
I never hope for much, but this woman’s departure would make my week— no, month!

Discrimination is the unfair or prejudicial treatment of people and groups based on characteristics such as race, gender, age, or* *sexual orientation.
Kishida panders to the LDP-associated cult of cooped up elderly. By harping on about how society will change if Japan stops discriminating against same sex marriage these elderly are mortified of seeing a gay couple regardless of decades passing them by and the fact that recognition of same sex agreements has no affect on their lives at all.
At my core I believe, perhaps stupidly, that Kishida is more progressive minded than he lets on. This song and dance is all about the conservative block within the LDP appeasing their geriatric voters. I think Kishida himself knows the world has changed but is frankly too much of a coward to stand up for queer people as it would reflect somehow negatively on him to openly support a just marriage system.

The LDP will continue to distract from very dire problems like income inequality, an energy crisis caused by greed and the predatory price gouging of daily necessities.
Distractions take the form of continuing to debate having two last names or gay marriage. It’s despicable and most of the general public could care less about the sanctity of marriage or family values. We want to put food on the table and not need a loan for our next energy bill. This is outrageous and Kishida is a pitiful excuse of a world leader.

He said the group was investing in founders of color, who could then create generational wealth and change their cities for the better.
Generational wealth includes financial assets — such as property, investments, money, or anything with a monetary value — that you pass down from one generation to the next.
Sorry, but inheritance and generational wealth are a problem too. They certainly play into inequality. I think a lot of people love equity and the redistribution of wealth blah blah until it affects their own bottom lines and potential inheritances. Get a grip, inheritances are a part of the bigger problem Williams!

Just a question for all those weirded out:
What exactly are you doing in there? I’m usually doing number one or two and washing my hands quickly to leave swiftly soon after my business.
Additionally, the association of sexual deviation and members of minority sexual groups is an atrocity. I’m a gay man and I can walk right into onsen and bathrooms. Right?
Guess what? I’m not looking at anything but the scenery around the springs or a urinal. People are so prudish and discriminatory and it’s honestly shameful. In Montreal there already are gender neutral bathrooms. Perhaps those so scared of perversion by sexual minorities are in fact perverts themselves?
