I'm Japanese. The most enjoyable train ride I've ever taken is every commuter train which connects rural areas with metropolitan areas, especially Tokyo. In particular, the Keiyo line which connects Chiba prefecture with Tokyo is the best. The Keiyo line is one of lines operated be JR east Co. It departs from Soga station, which is not so urban area compared to Chiba city, to Tokyo, which is the center of Japan. The route of the Keiyo line runs along the Tokyo Bay, so you can enjoy the beautiful views of Yokyo waterfront district. Moreover, what I enjoy the most is the changes of the views from rural residential area to urban area. This gaps is someting enjoyable. Once you have an opportunity to visit Japan, I highly recommend you to use this route. But be careful, due to the location, trains are easily affected by the wind from the sea, so we often find them delayed.

I don't think so. i would rather ask the government that "do you think people more than 70 years old have lower risk of driving large truck or operating airplanes?" Ministers are just sitting and sleeping in a meeting, so they can work there until 70 years old.
