I don't necessarily disagree with the death penalty, but to actively cheer for its use is pretty morbid.

Posted in: Teacher in Japan literally picks up truant kid, carries him out of house to make him go to class See in context
As others have pointed out, it may not be related to bullying. It could be any number of social pressures that are not obvious without discussion.
I was an assistant homeroom teacher, and one of our students slowly stopped coming classes towards the end of the year. The student had friends, was in a sports club, and socially appeared fine. Eventually the student came out and admitted to the homeroom teacher after many conferences (with and without parents) that the student felt too much pressure to perform academically. The majority of the students in our homeroom happened to be high performers (homerooms were decided randomly, not based on testing) and the troubled student was too stressed about keeping up with peers. The student, parents, and homeroom teacher came up with a plan for the next year about returning to school. Now the kid is fine and doesn't miss school.

I also don't condone attacking people who aren't native English speakers for poor English usage. That's bad form and doesn't allow for a healthy community. I think it's more beneficial to everyone to point out the mistake, have discussion, and come to an understanding. I agree with you about some of your points, now that they've been made clear.

Yes we should question the origin of the money. Yes the wellbeing of the man who (allegedly) donated it should be determined as well.
My original problem was that your question was unclear at first. Now that your question is clear, there is no need to be hostile. A misunderstanding was cleared up. I'm sorry that you feel attacked for being misunderstood.

Well, according to article it is plain.
The man dropped off the bag.
The official(s) opened the bag and found the money in the bag with a letter presumably from the man.
The letter said the man saved the money since first grade. You'll have to ask the man how true that is.
I'm not confused about what the article says. The way you wrote your question makes it seem that you are confused about who is the subject of found and who is the subject of saved. The article is clear, your question was not.
It's okay. No harm done.
Might I suggest changing the wording of your question to "Did the man really save the money?"

@snowymountainhell
Which is it: “Found” or “Saved”?
Well the government worker found the money in the bag, along with a note from the elderly man claiming that he had saved it since the first grade. I don't understand the confusion as the article was pretty clear on that.

While those may be fair points, what is your justification or response about the detention center dismissing the advice of their psychiatrist?
Had they followed it, wouldn't it be reasonable to expect she'd still be alive?
How about her cause of death? Is it not the responsibility of the authorities to determine it?
While I agree with you that she broke the law and was rightfully rounded up by the authorities, I don't believe that she should have been denied proper medical treatment, which likely led to her death, while in the care of the authorities. Your comment comes off as a callous 'she got what she deserved' type comment.
We see time and time again that the authorities largely disregard the wellbeing of any alleged rule breakers, regardless of the severity of the crime, and advocates for those being detained, professionals or otherwise, are largely ignored. This is a totally unjust and misguided aspect of the justice system.

All of these issues with the Japanese justice system are well known and the Taylors must've known about them while they were planning/being consulted about getting Ghosn out. Why take the risk? As I've said before, the gambled and got the bad end of the deal. Now they have to deal with being smugglers in Japanese court.
Personally, it would have been better to leave Ghosn in Japan as he has the resources to fight it out and get the foreign media attention, exposing to the world the flaws and inadequacies. There would be a better chance of being an impetus of change (though still not likely). His running away has reduced that to nil.
