This is pretense at doing something. The quarantine is slated to end within 72 hours of the departure of these 2 flights. Then they are slated to be quarantined for another fortnight. A penny wise, but pound foolish move. We have Airforce MAC flights sitting idle in Japan. But they waited for the cheapest charter to be available.

The Conning Tower crumbled and there was no one to direct traffic. Transport by road from the Dominican Republic was delayed because of security issues, and no authorization from the Haitian Government

There is NO Negligence if the diet was not as requested. The patient was vomiting, not choking. If the patient aspirated and the jokers did not CODE the patient, then that is the cause of death, not her diet
