Using a band aid will not make the upper eyelid crease permanent. When you take off the band aid, away goes the crease.
A more sustainable way to permanently make the upper eyelid crease is with Opti-fold. This technique is not only limited to East Asian people. European people have been know to use Opti-fold to treat uneven eyelids. So by theory, anyone, of any ethnicity, can use eyelid tape to permanently treat their upper eyelid interests.
