I actually agree that most of the unwanted stray problem arises from irresponsible owners who breed and abandon. But I also think people who take it out on the animals who didn't choose to have to survive on the streets, are sickos themselves, because they're venting out on whatever just happens to be there.

I came across another of your comments under a different article and it certainly sounds to me like someone in the same league. Where I come from, they put those sadists away.
