Medical care here is laughable for sure. I visited two different doctors for abdominal pain. 18000 yen later, wasn't helped at all.

Drugs and terrorism. Two of the least worries Japan should have. Must have gotten some script writing tips from the U.S. for that video. Wasn't the message, war on drugs, war on terror and security service to protect the elite?

Horrible thing that happened. Guns, are very destructive. There are people that use them for recreation. Being from the pacific northwest outdoor recreation was very enjoyable. Trap and skeet shooting, hunting upland game birds, big game hunting and such. So yes, in the hands of a nutcase they are very bad.

Posted in: 'Frozen' on track to become 3rd-highest-grossing film in Japan See in context

Have never seen Frozen, nor do I plan too. Anyway, given that Disney is a mega corporation with unbelievable influence over millions I think the title track is a little frghtening to say the least. It seems that the meaning in a general sense is to just accept things for what they are and live with it. What's even more chilling is that yes as someone mentioned in an earlier post about the targeted audience. Children, so if a multinational like Disney can lead a person on to make them believe it's okay to accept the status quo, that is pretty scary. Maybe I am incorrect on this but films always send a particular message. In this case, accept reality and the hardships that come with it. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go.

Sounds like the authorities ought to have enough information to have a good chance of apprehending the suspect or suspects.

Eventhough it is relatively safe in Kanagawa there are some spooky lookin dudes runnin around here. Have caught dirty looks before from possibly types like them when I was by myself. Was out numbered so had no other choice than to beat feet. Could have made Carl Lewis blush.
