smartacus, maria, iceshoecream: I'm curious as to why you say get arrested/jailed...for what? If, as you voted, Freedom of Speech includes yelling fire in a crowded room, they're committing no crime.

Did I miss the part where it says her acquaintance called her to the apt or that she went not knowing there were 2 other guys there? Could it be that they all went out drinking, came back to sleep it off, and she woke up with the 3 on her...?

coolcali, smithinjapan: Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a US team get an automatic bid in the finals every year by virtue of their pool? Don't they play USA based teams only and have 8 teams entered? Kind of easy to see why the US has won more...but hey.

seesaw: i think there in lies the problem. the problem isn't being addressed if the child changes schools. i have an 8 yr old girl (and boy, 6) and talk about this stuff all the time, the crap i had to put up with growing up. kids need to know that they're strong and can overcome bullying...if they're parents can't address the issue, then do you think the child can?

Get it right people, no where does it state that the woman is blaming the host, the police are.

J-Cops only get to practice shooting at the range couple of times a year, that's all. Thaaat's right. Cops in other countries actually practice shooting at real targets, not at the shooting range. Get real. I would never ever rely on JN cops, NOR does the U.S. gov't here in Japan, we actually give them training. Kind of shooting yourself in the foot there, Champ.
