Good! Maybe Japan can protect itself now.

Thats right. Since America is going down the tubes.

Play with the big boys Nippon!

Japan already is playing with the big boys and kicking some serious A##.

Japan is a post-industrial society like UK where manufacturing is winding down, replaced by finance and foreign tourism as two main pillars of economy.

First, Tourism is less than 1% of Japan's GDP, Finance is less than 2%. Moreover, the UK still is able to build aircraft carriers and jet fighters.

Half of Japan's defense contractors already quit business

Because they are not allowed to export. This is going to change.

Without giving data to support the numbers, it's meaningless

This is Kyodo propagada piece to bolster the bad ratings of "the party."

The same Kyodo newspaper that runs the polls that show the bad ratings of the party?

LOL at your logic.

This can be taken any number of ways. People left because the job they were working at was a "black" company, the wages sucked, conditions worse, any number of reasons.

And they left their job, because they know it is easy to find another one. People dont leave their jobs if it is harder to find another another one right?

This hotel will be literally on the "wrong side of the tracks." While not bad, it's definitely a step down from the Marunouchi side.

I guess you say good bye to your real estate job, if you have one. The whole area is roughly the same in terms of price per square foot and with the Tallest building and other projects coming on steam it is the right side of the tracks. Dorchester knows what it is doing.

How do they mean "half?" I tell my kids and others that my Japanese born kids are not "half." They are of many cultures. I always teach my kids the importance of knowing their cultural heritage on both sides of their family.

But at the end of the day. They will still have to choose.

Who in the world takes the time to read the toilet paper before using it? I mean really, they probably spent hundreds of millions of yen to come up with this "brilliant" idea, and all that happens in the end, is it gets flushed down the toilet.

Most students who are depressed spend time in bathroom, because it is the one place in the school were no one will bother them. Thats why. They are trying to reach the student where they maybe hiding by themselves.

Try to do some thinking.

What has the Japanese government been doing all these years with North Korea snatching away the victims?" she asked.

good question. Ask the LDP. They're the ones in power for decades.

Trying to solve the issue thru diplomacy . BTW Japan got 11 people back did they not?

There is a time back in 2014 and 2015 when North Korea finally agree to return abductees that still alive, however it was rejected by Japan fearing that it will close this long standing issue. Japan really just want to make this issue persist.

Total BS. and 11 abductees who came back from North Korea? Do you really believe what North Koreas said?
