Why would anyone want to retire in the Philippines? A third world country where people would kill their own mother for a few pesos! 

And Japanese would kill their aging parents for free and steal pension from government.

My friend is a dispatch worker due to pandemic she was laid off before her contract ends. She is receiving full salary without work for 6 months.

That is her mistake. After the alleged rape incident, there was a semen right? that is the proof. Now there is no evidence or 3rd party witness or cctv. Only if the mayor will confess willingly which is unlikely.
