I don't understand how people kill children. Why not just give the child up for adoption or foster care? Where are protective and early intervention services to provide support to prevent these occurrences.

Such a shame. So many young lives lost. I can understand how he may have murdered his wife in a rage, while this is extremely wrong and he deserves whatever is coming to him. Those poor children could have been fostered out or adopted to fulfill their lives. I can't imagine how frightening and confusing it must have been for the little ones. Breaks my heart.
