You beat me too it, "TokyoXtreme". I was going to say exactly the same thing about the murderer being a boy not a man. Who cares how he is classified, string him up and hang him I say!!!!

I agree with you "whiskeysour", this guy is sick to the core. He should be given a life sentence with no parole. And never be allowed to get anywhere near a child again.

Posted in: Trial ends for woman who killed son by putting him in garbage bin See in context

I totally agree with everyone's comments, that 10 years in prison for murdering a defenseless child is crazy!!!! What's the expression, "An eye for an eye". If you take a life you should be prepared to lose your own.

Posted in: Namie Amuro takes home Best Video of the Year award See in context

I agree with you "Ninjazilla" with your first comment, that Namie does not look good in that photo. In fact I think it is one of the most unflattering photos of her I have ever seen. However, I very much disagree with your second comment, comparing Kumi Koda and Namie Amuro. Ms Koda has about as much class and style as a corner street hooker!!! Namie's dancing and the outfits she wears are way above anything that Kumi "chunky thighs" does or has.

Who is Nana Tanimura? Does anyone know anything about her? I wish we could have a close up photo of her to judge her best assets. Ha! Ha!

JT, why is it that you continue to use tiny photographs that we can't see anything. Get it right and use good sized photos!!!

Oooops!! Typing mistake: I meant to say gorgeous not grogeous.

Posted in: Anna Umemiya chosen as celebrity with best eyebrows See in context

I can't tell for sure but it looks like Anna has a beautiful pair of thighs. I wish we had a bigger photo to she her legs fully. A very beautiful woman who has had quite few problems in her life. Next time JT, when you put a photo of a grogeous woman like Anna, please give us a much larger picture. A lot of Japanese girls have very skinny legs, especially the thighs and they are not in proportion with the rest of their bodies.

Posted in: Asashoryu, in Mongolia, denies he went on drunken rampage See in context

Is it only me or does anybody else think that it is very strange that we have not seen photos of the guy that Asashoryu is supposed to have beaten up. Or that he hasn't been interviewed on TV????? I think the JSA just made it up so they could get rid of him.

I think Naoko Yamazaki is an excellent role model for young Japanese girls. To have a family and a career in a very chauvinistic country like Japan is a wonderful achievement. You go girl!!!!

Aya Sugimoto is gorgeous, smart and interesting. Such a welcome relief from all these very stupid and uninteresting "talento" that we see so much of on all the TV shows.

America has a gun culture. The constitution of the country gives every citizen the "right to bear arms". So why are we so shocked when there are so many cases of mass shootings.

I'll be very interested to see how well or how badly the TV commercial portrays the ABs and the Maori haka. I am hoping that it will be a cool commercial, especially that Amuro chan is in it!!!!

Posted in: Which side do you think looks more in the wrong following Wednesday's clash between Sea Shepherd and Japanese whalers? See in context

I find it interesting that you used the words "....Japanese whalers..." in your question not ..."Japanese scientists..." It's not a question of who looks wrong but who is wrong. The fact is the Japanese are disguising whaling as scientific research, pure and simple. The whole planet needs to manage and make sustainable the resources of the oceans, otherwise many species will become extinct.

Namie Amuro is making a big mistake!!! Atsushi Tamura is nothing but a "player" looking for the next woman he can get into bed.

Avatar is an excellent movie!!!! I just saw it yesterday and I already want to see it again. The only thing was it wasn't shown in 3D which was disappointing. I will definitely by the DVD when it goes on sale.

I've lived in Japan quite a long time but I've never understood why SMAP are (used to be) so popular. I mean, apart from Takuya Kimura the other members are terrible singers!!!

I think this is really sad, that this guy is so detached from society that he has to marry an imaginary woman. And even more sad is the fact that there are a lot of guys like this in Japan!!!!

Posted in: Eastwood, Freeman back in saddle for 'Invictus' See in context

"BurakuminDes", I totally disagree with your comments!!!! Here are the facts: (1) most of the All Black squad were suffering from food poisoning. (2) most of the starting 15 were throwing up the morning of the game. (3) some of the All Black players vomitted on the side line during the game. The All Blacks were not "...just out kicked..", but in fact they were beaten because they were sick as dogs.

I agree with you "odeman" the dogs are trained to hunt and to be agressive. The only person at fault is the owner of the dogs. Put him in some stocks in the middle of the town and let all the children bite him!!!
