vacation time is for leisure not work. its important to have that divide.

during term time however learning to analyse any body of work (book/film or art) and express their own thoughts and feelings. on it is an important skill. But as i said vacation time is for leisure not work.

sad fact that brexit has caused a down turn sales in my shop. cost of stock has become more expensive and sale have gone down. sometimes putting my business at extreme risk.

and sadly with no degree or £35k to get an investment visa :( getting a job in japan would be very hard if not impossible !

i thinks it more down to wanting a girl who has you back as much as you have hers, that you dont have to keep up strong appearance 24-7. that your not alone in carrying the weight of the house hold thay she can support you as much as you support her. and in a way you dont have to always be the practical on all the time.

if you pay your taxes and dont break the law what is the problem ?

japan get me though sometimes, you have an aging population but make it near impossible for people, for people who want to live in japan if they dont have a degree. unless you marry a Japanese person.

Posted in: Unable to keep pace with change, salarymen over 50 'destroying their companies' See in context

age in the work place is a double edge sword, experience has its advantage, but it can easily become a disadvantage when they refuse to change with the times. the youthful energy a double edge sword aswell they go running head long in to the newest thing and then hit a brick wall. ideally the 2 should balance them selves out.

seniority-based promotion systems and should be done away with and people recognized for performance and what they bring to the job, but in such system they should recognize the experience older people bring with them
