Almost meaningless move for no use.
The removal of South Korea from Japanese White list, nearly declares that Japan has a suspect on SK illegally exporting "something" to NK, or maybe also Iran.
The first thing SK should react is actually to clarify the fact and their position, not to mimicking the action.

If his name was only “O-ji” or just Prince, it might matter less. The stupidity come from “-sama” afix, which can usually be translated as Mr. ,Sir. or even your highness.
( though O-ji sama is informal kind of usage, much like "my dear Prince Charming")
So it may be like "Prince highness" or "Mr. President" as the name.
"How are you, Mr. Prince highness ?"

Posted in: I don’t think Japan made sufficient atonement after the war or was required to make those kinds of reparations ... because the U.S. saw Japan as a bulwark against communism. It might’ve been great for U.S. geopolitics, but it obscured suffering of millions of Koreans and millions of Chinese.
