Jeremy Clarkson is a Tory voter. Enough said. He's assume himself wich he's stupid enough to use the BMW's iDrive. He's a conservative lad who doesn't like anything new or modern.

who wants Kirin in Brasil anyway.

I'm a brazilian and I want it. The market is almost monopolized by the InBev Anheuser-Bush and some stronger competition is welcome. But I hope Kirin bring their lineup, because the schincariol is horrible.

These minority shareholders are just trying to play the tough guys to get more money from Kirin for theirs stakes. The company is known as a tax raven, in debt trouble and their branding is not stronger. Their beer are cheap, but tastes horribly.

Kirin will have lots of work to stablish themselves in Brazil and South America, because most of the traditional brands in Brazil, Argentina and Peru are in the InBev hands. Other market, as Colombia, are almost monopolized by SAB Miller.

We can't forget that the southern people like Matsumoto have rough manners too. The northern japanese are usually more polite and kindly. But I still think he was right, just choose the wrong worlds.

I think Ryu Matsumoto was correct but he expressed himself bad. The japanese are used to some kindly formality. But Japan's government has to face an enormous public debt and the money can't be wasted in useless or overpriced things. Most of these rural/less developed provinces are unde the hands of corrupt and anachronic oligarchs who use the public money to benefit themselves or their families. He said the right thing, but in a wrongly rough manner. In Japan you need to be polite, formally polite.

North Americans complaining about quality of Japanese TV and Japanese Food - there is some irony in it!

Agree! At least, the TV show some joy in cooking it, not just throwing the food mouth inside as a trash schreder and getting fat like pigs as americans do.
