One of the main reasons for uncertainty in the USA is Talk Radio Hosts like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Bill O'rielly, Hannity & Holmes, Fox News and MSNBC. What ever happened to the real Japanese Relationships??? I was stationed at Itazuki Air Base during the Korean War and everyone was informed who was safe and who was unsafe. Due to this regulation, no one on Base was exposed to STD, they followed the book.
