I strongly believe he is not he knew very well that his chance to be free from Japanese Court system is ZERO, 99% he would been convicted I seen the court system in Japan is 99% conviction is funny how the world is in Japan I did not see the same thing done to upper management of TEPCO that led to disaster nightmare because of their negligence and greed did to the good people of Japan, Now they want Interpol to take him to Japan yeah good luck with that.
