When the world is changing everyone has to change with it, or risk to perish. Clearly China is driving an enormous armament process together with ever increasing claims of land and sea. This must affect everyone in the region. North Korea seems to be achieving its nuclear and missile capability goals. If Japans sits and do nothing it will soon perish. The world is changing and as it seems not for the better.
