The greatest Moon has already indicated their decision to discontinue GSOMIA, and his people support it, no matter any reason behind it. SK is an independent and matured country and their decision must be respected most.
Good luck SK.

I remember so many “silent support” of action and comment of Mark Dodson at that time in SNS and news sites. It was the worst typhoon that Japanese haven’t experienced long decades of years and bravely made decision to avoid damage and injured of guests and any people who may involved this match. On the other side some people believed and accused it was unacceptably overreact.
Note that Japanese did best job to restore game field to prepare match within few hours just after the attack and made it. True appraisal and apology should be given to people who gave self-devoted efforts and made commitment to organize safe and best game as World Cup.
