Dear talaraedokko, thank you very much for reading the article and your valuable comment. Concerning your inquiry " the article doesn't even say how many nations are members of TICAD", allow me dear fried to clarify that TICAD is not an organization , therefore, it has no member nations. TICAD is a noble Japanese initiative to assist Africa to achieve its development through peace and stability via policy dialogue between Japan and ALL African countries. Furthermore, development partners join Japan to provide assistance to Africa. I fully agree with your saying "Strength starts not with wealth but in the mind", therefore, TICAD through assistance will participate in efficiently utilizing African wealth to empower African minds and make them liberal , void of fear and dependency. I strongly agree with you that nations fight alone will be taken under divide, therefore, partnership with sincere partners such as Japan will create a better future for our beloved continent, Africa. Thank you once again.
