Posted in: If you had a baby with an AKB48 member, what would your child look like? See in context

I actually set up an ANTI-Akbaby page on facebook but since closed it down.

Some of these girls with AKB48 are too young to make any kind of mature decision about raising children. I question the contract they signed. Forced consent?. Some of their biggest followers are teenage girls, what does this tell them, hey grab a guy and get pregnant, its OK, it's fun. Those poor socially deprived Otaku will have a field day, great this really helps the declining population of Japan. Next virtual AKB48 weddings, son you gotta marry the girl she had a baby online!!.

Plus the actual style of the advertising is so wrong, at first glance it looks all innocent and right but in reality its so wrong, now if it were Lady Gaga or Kumi Koda, hell it would just funny and acceptable. Fact is they are saying that these girls are yours for a price, boarder line prostitution. WAKE UP JAPAN and START COMPLAINING.

Posted in: U2 honored as 'Greatest Act' in last 25 years See in context

First of all U2 are 100% IRISH, I would know I am Irish. Secondly they have achieved so much over the years. It may be called POP rock but thats because they are a POPULAR rock band. For those that think they are masters of their trade, hell they are. I am in a band and its not about a band playing one great guitarist or an amazing drummer but how they play as a BAND and they sound great. Sure the last few albums weren't the best they've done but they still have a massive following. Bands like Coldplay and MUSE worship U2, they inspired them.

Sorry to hear about your loss, Lilith12. This is shocking that they would event consider such a theme park so close to Daiichi 1. Ok its all about Solar power but come on this is such a evil manipulating money scheme. " Come children, have fun with safe solar energy " , yeah right.

Posted in: What do you think about the custom in Japan of women giving chocolates to their male co-workers on Valentine’s Day as a form of “obligation,” and then receiving chocolates back from the men on White D See in context

Pure Japanese marketing that has become a national tradition. Other mutated version of western culture. Who cares if I get chocos from various females at work, do they all what to date me....no....just obligation and false hope. Japanese vendors sing money, money, money on both V-day and W-day

No where near enough info to make a call on this. A terrible crime indeed but a 17 year old who stabbed his own sister must have some psychological problems. This sounds like a case of parents and teachers ignoring the signs. We dont even know what kind of stuff his sister said to him. Yes he is guilty but one article or two isnt enough to say such bitter things against him and Yes 17 is a minor in any country

"Charge by weight. Have a maximum allowable weight per seat, and anything over you either have to pay for another seat, or upgrade to business class with wider seats." Agreed Shinohara. We pay for excess baggage why not body weight, same difference. They could frame it as a matter of safety

em, well not only is the discomfort caused by sitting beside a person who is clearly to big for his or her seat but I was wondering about the actual safety flying weight when it comes to passengers. According to the FAA - Including clothing - Males (12yrs&up) (summer)182 lbs (winter)188 lbs is the maximum amount allowed for passengers of course not accounting for bulk and payload overall weight - any thought on this?

Sharia Law or any law that stones a woman for such crimes (proven or not) should be abolished. I am not going to preach religion or history but what if your mother or daughter was dragged to prison, giving 99 lashes and treated like dirt while waiting for her body to be bombarded with fist sized stones, how would you feel?. Too many innocent women have been stoned (murdered for adultery, proven or not) - Watch this if you haven't http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Stoning_of_Soraya_M. Islam has many good values but this is just a crime against humanity. Enough said. I pray for Ashtiani and her family

Posted in: Lawyer: Iranian woman could be stoned to death soon See in context

A lot of you missed the POINT - this article is about saving an innocent woman's life. Stoning, lashes, abuse and may other inhumane acts towards women happen in Iran. And please don't tell me its their religion, their religion is a barbaric mutated version of Islam.

I find it very difficult to believe that Japan still hangs people. That is only marginally better than stoning one to death. Japan - Iran. Big difference in society, minimal difference in carrying out sentencing. Hmmmm...

Come on - look at the US and China too. Now look at the execution cases that Japan has had over the years - Evil men, child killers and so on

This is about saving a human being for not doing anything remotely wrong.

Think about every man and woman that you have know who has committed adultery and now think of them Dead - NOT NICE Eh and especially if they are innocent

I've been following this for quite some time now. Iran is digging itself deeper and deeper in trouble. This case has become purely political. A few months back due to international pressure they decided Not to Stone her but hang her instead. Every man who has lashed her or ordered her lashing should be given 99 lashes in return. There policies and religion are inhuman, unjust and most of all barbaric. If you haven't watched this film please do :The Stoning of Soraya M. - I am anti-Iran(current) not anti-Islam!

Posted in: Erika Sawajiri: Inside the head of Japan's outspoken star See in context

I really hope more people like her step up and voice their opinions about the manufactured trash thats produced in Japan. The endless boy bands clones and girl bands like AKB48 are a disgrace to the Japanese culture and encourages Otaku and child molesters alike to reign forth in Japans society. What country promotes your 15 year old daughters to where thongs and bend over for greasy otaku salarymen to droll over on public transport. Its not just music and film that needs attention but the whole twisted brain washing, money spinning media as a whole. You ask most people in Japan, what music do you like? - they'll answer "J-pop or Enka"....come one, there are so many talented artists that people could be proud of in Japan that don't get any attention what's so ever.
