Of course it's sheer coincidence that the black kid selling grass on the street corner has a higher likelihood of being incarcerated than a white kid doing the same.

It's also merely concomitant that many Wall Street firms have invested heavily in private prisons, turning prisoners into profit centers.

Finally, it can only be coincidental that felon disenfranchisement benefits the Republican vote, and that oversight is at state level.

None of these could possibly have a racial element.
