Posted in: American serviceman falls to death from Yokosuka apartment See in context
I knew this young man and as a retired Naval officer, a person that spent lots of time in Yokosuka, I can say he was a treasure of our nation and the Navy. For those of you that are into speculation and conjecture, leave this one alone. His loss is not only tragic and heart breaking to his family, but also to countless others who came into contact with him. He was full of love and laughter, and this news, this sad event, has also torn the soul out of my son George, our family and his many, many friends. Leave him to rest in peace, he deserves it, he earned it, and leave his family to their grief and wonderful memories of this beautiful young man. Nicholas Gianacakos
