I think it's more economical to put a lot of cute girls together in one group than to have them all doing solo careers. though standouts like nana tanimura are acceptable (musical talent aside).

Everyone's mentioning Utada Hikaru but have you listened to her US album? It was absolute garbage, not even close to her Japanese ones. If BoA keeps doing what she's doing and doesn't try to go off on a musical tangent like Utada she could be a decent success.

Humans just weren't meant to fly. Not going to stop us, of course, and so there will likely always be accidents, but to read about things like this always makes you wonder and feel slightly less safe
but it is still far, far safer than driving. the problem here is that you only hear about the rare disaster which brings it to the forefront of your memory, not the other millions of people who fly and land without issue.

Posted in: Anti-Obama books are best-sellers See in context
That fact that Bush won twice shows that people are willing to vote republican even when the candidate has already proven he's unfit to lead, so McCain could definitely win this one.
The second time Bush "won" he was riding the thin remnants of 9/11 and only barely won by one state. Kerry was a terrible Democratic candidate. Considering Bush barely won against someone as uncharasmatic and unexciting as Kerry doesn't mean the country will automatically vote republican. If Kerry had half the charisma that Obama has he would have stomped Bush to the ground.

The image still exists because it is still true. Detroit has changed almost nothing in the past 40 years. "Improving products" does not mean coming out with XXXL SUV #13, yet that's all they seem to be able to do year after year.
