@NuckinFutz "And when they're done with him will they arrest and prosecute the captain of the Shonan Maru 2 for ramming and sinking his ship? Fair is fair!"
As both parties claim the other is responsible and no hard, factual evidence has emerged to prove who is at fault, how can anyone see a single element of fairness in prosecuting the captain of the Shonan Maru 2?

Sorry edogawa but i think you have been watching too much CSI. I have never seen "first responders" take pics. Not to say it would be bad idea, but it just doesn't happen, and certainly isn't "SOP." As another poster said they usually secure the area, question witnesses, etc.

Dolphingirl you may think you are "expressing yourself" by adding intonation to your japanese, but to Japanese people you probably sound like a Chinese person would sound using the four Chinese tones in a standard English sentence using a different tone for each word in the sentence

could you please direct me to where you got the facts that a "vast majority" of people agree with you and Ahmadinejad? Or was this in face...just another opinion. If it is fact please back it up with proof...if it is opinion...please don't state it as fact.

@ Branded "Someone was trying to sneak in an illegal sled !" you pretend to know the rules and procedures of the sled inspection...lol I think they probably know those rules better than you even. If they were going to try to "slip in an illegal" i think they would simply modify the sled after it got the sticker....seems much more likely there was some other mix up
