He’s a doddering old man walking on two crutches. Maybe he’s too old to face justice. Let him pay damages to the victims and the case be closed.
How much is a wife/mother and daughter worth?
He should be prosecuted and go to prison. He can hardly walk let alone drive a car, but he went out in his car and killed two people and that is manslaughter.
