I can deal with little annoyances like the cashier slowly miming out the word card everytime I go to the store. I'd explode if I let all the little things bother me.
It's not wrong to have these conversations but I think there are bigger issues to focus on.

There's a lot of second hand shops where you can buy school furniture and other school items for very very cheap. Why steal it?

Do you think the restrictions and mandates are too extreme?
Very curious.
Up vote for too extreme.
(The restrictions don't make sense to me)
Down vote for not too extreme.
(I'm okay with these new restrictions and mandates)

As a preschool teacher in an international school I can tell that children feel stressed to perform and pass entrance exams. It's too early to feel this amount of stress and has negative effects on them.

I went on a field trip today with my preschool to Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima.
We were getting ready for lunch when they rang the siren for Nagasaki. All the kids stopped and prayed. It gave me shivers.
Another thing that was strange to me was how easy it was to explain to a child what happened.

With or without overtime pay, teachers have a lot of extra work to do. Supervising, paperwork, and lesson planning require time and are just part of the job.
As a teacher, sometimes I need to stay later to prepare an activity. I usually don't get paid for overtime but I still do it because I want to have good lessons.
