Negotiations for peace are always Ideal. But you can not negotiate with the friend of your invader and have it done in any shape or form be done in good faith.

He got off light. If it was any joe shmo they would have gotten a harsher sentance.

Just a silly question. How does being a Republican make you a fascist? not everyone who leans right leans far right, Could you not say the same a the Democrats... Being Communists but then again leaning left doesn't mean you are far left. This is the kind of foolish good vs bad mentality that destroys people trust in the democratic process.

I know and I have to believe there are level headed people on both sides of the aisle.

Let us just hope people vote with their own hearts and logic. Not to be swayed by media, mob mentality or a bias based on a need to fit in with any sort of group.
