In Japan, prosecutors go to court and have a 99% rate of success...
So if after 100+ days Prosecutors don't go to court... it means they can't win... So as of today, all they can do is scare the old man and his wife to try to get a 'false confession' like so many Japanese do...
I'm just saying that if after 100+ days, they don't go to court, they don't have a case and the prosecutors team is in deep trouble...
