Ok, I know this is a dead topic but it still needs to be said. The mother was from japan. In japan they have very strict codes. Especially with health. She didn't take her son with her because he was sick. Its very impolite for sick people to go out in public to spread disease in a place as crowded as japan. She went to buy he son medicine to help him. Understand culture from other places before you go bashing anyone because, as it has been said, no one is perfect!
